Wolf Shoppe: WOLF TEACHER DVD

WOLF TEACHER is the story of a grassroots educational adventure, pioneered in the 1960s by Californian John Harris, and continued by the Clem & Jethro Lecture Service, Mission:Wolf, and Shaman, a black Rocky Mountain timber wolf.

WOLF TEACHER includes highlights of the traveling program and its previous wolf ambassadors. It follows the trail of Shaman, latest wolf trouper, as he visits audiences across the country with a message of environmental harmony. WOLF TEACHER goes on the road to classrooms from coast to coast...from Navajo reservation schools, to inner city multi-racial schools, to a Kansas community center, and more. With wolfish diplomacy, Shaman shows people what a wolf is...and isn't. He shares the story of wolf history, their near extinction, and the wisdom of restoring wolves to the wild.

WOLF TEACHER appeals to every age level. It includes fascinating footage of the energy that is wolf as Shaman exercises and plays in the dunes of Cape Cod, a Cornell University tennis court, a Catskill Mountain creek, and at the Rocky Mountain sanctuary he calls home. Enhanced by the music of Paul Winter, and other artists, WOLF TEACHER inspires environmental action and respect for the wild, while providing a unique glimpse of the mystical and beautiful wolf.

Proceeds of this DVD will benefit continuing wolf education.
